It's party time at Western again! Bulk of the public safety traffic is on the LIMS-1 talkgroup of the P25 system, and the Western Special Constable Service DMR channel. Many of the volunteers on site today are on the Western Cap+ trunked system. There are also multiple security guards and private medical services on campus today too, so no doubt there will be lots of simplex comms likely in use too. All the London Police activity is of course encrypted and un-monitorable.
