What are "PLEAD OPS" frequencies used for?

Sorry for the bonehead question, but what are "PLEAD OPS" frequencies used for? Thank you!

Not a boneheaded question at all! Give "Point Mugu Sea Range" and then "Pacific Missile Range" a google search and you will have some good info. PLEAD is the radio callsign, and on those frequencies you will hear aircraft, ship and missile operations and testing plus exercise activity.
