That is the Canadian Forces Affiliate Radio System (CFARS). Also heard some US Army MARS callsigns in there. Very nice catch!

Keep an eye on timezones - it can be easier to use UTC (Z) times. You posted this around 540pm EDT, but your text says 637pm EST (which is 737pm EDT, or two hours AFTER you posted.)
