What does MARCS stand for?

Just wondering what MARCS stands for, I live in Michigan and travel to Salem area once in a while to visit family, It was nice to listen to the OSP on the turnpike, not much on the 155.790 freq latly, is that because they also went to apco 25 TRS like Michigan, If so, can I do or load a V-scan into my pro96 and monitor them next time I'am in Ohio? 8) Thanks

The Turnpike is still on 155.790 AND 155.685. You may have been in the .685 area listening on .790. Lots of traffic daily. They are not on MARCS.
