I heard from someone that there was a group of about 20 OHP units at the 1st exit coming into the state and about 12 OHP units at the 2nd exit. The helicopter was also over the 1st exit. Were these goons just doing a little drug interdiction or did I miss some news?

If your talking about exit 1(Grandfield) and exit 2 (Randelette) going north on IH 44 just across the red river...those are the two exits to the comanche casino there and the local counties and OHP like to sit up check points (Illegal Roadblocks IMO/ whatever happened to probable cause)

there is a lot of drug activity in that area... but I believe locals and state are kinda frowning down on the casino.

Illegal search

If i'm not mistaken on that states law's . the officer has to ask the driver for consent to search . if the driver does not allow the officer to search they can't not hold the driver for anything . i've been stopped 2 times by OHP and they have asked to search my car but i alway's get them when i ask for a supervisor . they hate that because it pull's the supervisor away from another call or a traffic stop .

I wonder what would make them ask to search your car? I've never had anyone ask to search my car. I've been stopped plenty of times.
