Looking at Davies County trunked systems only a few indicate encryption. I don't know if the non-encrypted ones are used, I don't have a digital radio.

Your Wrong The Went p25 P1 Trunking the Only thing that is ENCRYPTED on that system Is OPD , DCSO , OFD And even then only the main TG is Encrypted What all you scanner junkies got to realize is this radio system is not for you to listen to for you enjoyment it is there as a way for the men and women in public safety to communicate important traffic in a timely and easy fashion as it pertains to protecting the lives of the citizens of Davies County
