What happened to RPD (Rochester, NY) channels

Wondering what happened to RPD (Rochester, NY) channels. I used to listen to East and West dispatch channels on broadcastify and more than that on my 436 Uniden scanner. On Broadcastify you get nothing ... on my scanner when I checked, I was only getting administration channels. Did they encrypt or something? Or change digital formats? Anyone know? This sucks ....

Saw something about they fully switched over to Digital Phase 2 so your going to need a SDS-100 or SDS-200 to monitor. I notified the person who has the broadcast of the same info he made need to upgrade.

The old UHF channels are being phased out and are now on the Monroe/Ontario counties system.
I'm going to see what is left in operation and submitting the changes. Sheriff primary went down two weeks ago and was Depreciated from the database. The TG's listed as Tac are encrypted, dispatch is in the clear as I'm listening to RPD West dispatch currently.

As it's been said on MANY times on various threads on this site, broadcastify is a volunteer operation. Who ever hosted the RPD east and west feed may of just had a basic scanner that couldn't handle the trunking simulcast and decided to no longer provide the feed OR maybe they just have not changed it to have the audio come from the trunked system. Who knows, feeds come and go.

Most of the dispatch channels on the Monroe/ontario system are in the clear still, I've been hearing that may change with Monroe county Sherriff and RPD but I can not confirm that at all.

The UHF channels are getting disconnected from the trunked system and more agencies migrate over fully, no its no longer needed to have the link.

Digital format is P25.

I just verified RPD East and West UHF are silent while active on the trunked system. I am deprecating them in the RRDB.

All the UHF channels are being eliminated and will be gone soon. All actual activity has been trunked for some time time now and these UHF patches were just for any old radios still in service.

The trunked talk groups are all available on Broadcastify Calls and Open MHz so no real need for a new conventional Broadcastify feed.

Towns West UHF is also silent so all Law Dispatch in Monroe County is now on the trunked system. The Admin channel links may remain for a while until all users from other agencies are on the trunked system.

My 436 should work. That supposedly gets phase II

My 436 works good at times and other times it's terrible, you may need to play with the Digital Threshold Level.

436 won't do Simulcast very well 25% if your lucky get the SDS100 built for Simulcast.
