While in Cherokee County this week I have been getting multiple 'close calls' in this particular frequency range including a few repeaters. Unfortunately, there is never anything to hear. I get these same close calls in Henry County as well but less frequently and still with nothing to listen to.

Any ideas whats doing this?

Thanks

You SHOULDN'T be getting anything in there except image's. Since there is a ch 17, those bands are not supposed to be open to service.
