What is the best way to remove scratches on a pro 651 or pro 106 front display

If they're not too deep, you could sand it down and buff it. Time and a lot of patience will have it looking like new.

Scratches are tough right on the plastic, anything that's really going to remove scratches is going to do more damage to the display.

We used to use nose Grease in the old days LOL. Doesn't last very long.

You could try an ever so slight amount of WD-40 on a piece of toilet paper but don't expect much.

I don't know, it's an 18-year-old plastic display not a rear bumper😁😉.

Very true, but if it's in rough enough shape it may be the best option. This method works wonders on car headlights that are made from a similar type of plastic, so that's why I mentioned it.
