What is this antenna being used for?

Was driving down a road near my residence and saw the below. Can anyone tell me what this would be picking up? On a pole with the antenna mounted about 6 feet from the ground. The antenna appears to be set level.

I didn't notice the sticker until I was ready to post this. Tried enlarging and still can't read it.

Hard to be sure without a closer photo, but looks like a Cambium 900MHz network link with a cross polarized 900MHz antenna.

Used for point to point connections. Might be a temporary connection for a utility, might be a temporary connection for an ISP.

It's a pretty crappy looking install, so I'd hope it was something temporary, but sure looks like some of the work that the smaller local ISP's attempt to do.

It's at the street in front of a residence. I'll see if I can get a picture of the sticker.
But I think you are right. North Coast Communication is the local internet provider.
