What is this antenna ?

What kind of antenna is this? I’ve seen this type several times before at firehouses near me. I’m assuming it covers Low band ???? Possibly UHF?

All of the antennas I have seen that look like that have been Low Band 30-50 Mhz.

It's a DB201 ground plane. They were originally manufactured by Decible Products. There are several models for low band through UHF.
