I hear this on our busses and in the background of acadians dispatch over the radio it kinda sounds similar to xpr tpt

Yea, its not encrypted, their dispatch is weird when they key up it does the tpt then it bonks like you heard and then they transmit. The tone at the end is what I want to figure out of what it is?
