I am currently in Colorado and will be relocating to Jacksonville this summer. I currently have a Whistler WS1065 scanner and I am wondering if this will get me the First Responder transmission in JAX?

All Law Enforcement in Jacksonville is all Encrypted. The Fire Rescue was Encrypted but they reopened the TalkGroups last year. You can try this system
