Where to go to hear police scanner archives?

Where would I go to hear police scanner feed archives other than Broadcastify?

I specifically need Montpelier PD in Washington County Vermont from this morning, 8/9/2019.

That would be up to the person who provides the feeds. If they provide a feed to broadcastify then that is where it is.
Most depts have freedom of info forms you can fill out, pay a fee and maybe they will provide you with a recording.
If the feed provider sends his feed somewhere other then boradcastify they might have a backup.
If there is no feed on broadcastify then you would need to scour the internet to see if a private feed or other feed provider has it. If not then the only option is directly to the PD and ask them.

Some folks use OpenMhz.com to upload their content. The basic (free) service allows 5 days of archival.
