Which Antenna Should be Higher?

I ordered a Diamond Antenna Original D3000N Super Discone Antenna (to use with a SDR through my PC) & a GMRS fiberglass antenna (about 5.5 feet)

I have 60 foot & 45 foot sections of LMR-400.

Which antenna do you suggest having up the highest? Thank you for your thoughts.

Which will you use more? Are you trying to talk wide-area on GMRS? Are you trying to hit specific GMRS repeater(s)? Etc.
