I have a pro-160 in the car & I am trying to decide whether to get a psr-100 or psr-200 for the apartment No trunking in my area. Any opinions on which one I should get?

you seem to have a hard time making decisions on scanners... ive been there, i understand...
the 100 has my vote in this competition. its portable, which for me would be more convenient, and it can run on batteries in the event of a power outage

I'd get a second Pro-160 over a PSR-200 if you wanted anther mobile/base, since they are about the same price.
I'd get a Pro-137 over a PSR-100, since right now it is also the same price.
I wouldn't buy a scanner without alpha tags, especially if I could get one with it for the same price.
