My controldemo2.1.exe program stopped writing a logging csv file as specified in the configuration menu. I'm running a limit search on my TRX-2 which produced dated csv log files until two days ago. Otherwise, the program and scanner are working fine on my Windows 10 laptop.

I can't say why it stopped, but have you tried TRX Android Suite? It is a much better logging program built from the Whistler version but with many improvements. The logging/control program for windows is free and there is a paid app for android phones if you want to use it (not required). I would urge you to try it.

I recovered the logging function of Controldemo2.1 by deleting re-downloading the executable from the Whistler site.
I have your Android Suite bookmarked to try out on a rainy day.

Dave, periodically I have the same issue as you when running ControlDemo on my desktop Win 10 PC. For some reason the program and Windows stop talking. I click on End Session on CD and go to Device Manager and run Scan for hardware changes for the Port assigned to Control Demo and then rerun CD and it is fixed. Sometimes I need to completely close CD and shut down the scanner then restart the Scanner and CD and run Device Manager.
