Really? Thank you for enlightening the world. But what does that have to do with my original question directed to @blantonl ?
I believe he would know if a contract is in play or even applicable. You think they are continuing to pay for their services? or did they have a perpetual agreement? My guess if you have never seen a technical contract for software and or services.
Fact, Whistler did not charge their customers for software and or updates. So if another source presented in the vacuum that provided the files at no charge that whistler gave away in the first place whom would incur any loss or damages?
I know it may be hard to understand but their are really people out here that get satisfaction from helping others.
