Whistler website and downloads

Hi everybody -
You may or may not have noticed that we did a bit of a facelift to whistlergroup.com this week.

We have changed the way the downloads work and you will no longer have to go through the checkout process (YAY!).

You will now find all of the downloads listed under "Need Help?" and then "Downloads" from the homepage. Once you choose the model you are looking to download for, the page will show you all of the available files to download. When you click on the file name it will begin an automatic download.

We hope that this will provide a much better customer experience for everyone. The one thing it will no longer do is email you when a new file is posted. However, we will send out an email to our email list when updates are posted so be sure to sign up for our emails if you have not already. And now it (should) only email you once! (cross your fingers )

As always, I welcome suggestions (and in this case I mean specifically regarding the website or the downloads. If you have other suggestions please use the email address we have set up for scanner suggestions and bug fixes).

Wendy, the links to the downloads are not working ( no download indication when you hover over any of the items with the mouse). At least for the TRX-1 anyway.

Tested on Firefox 60.0.1 and it seems to work just fine?

They will not change color or anything. But they will be clickable.

OK must be something on my end (using version 52.5.3 Firefox)
Yes nothing is clickable for me on any of the downloads I went to.
Everything else on the new web site works as I go through it except the downloads.
OK I'll have to investigate further on my end Wendy, thank You

Download links do not show up when using IE 11, however they show up using Microsoft Edge, at least not on my end with 2 different computers using Windows 10.

I also tried it on my laptop with the same results and a more up to date Firefox at version 59 something. Both Win7 OS.

That is because that item no longer exists. Can you tell me what path you took to get to that?
If you had the item bookmarked you will need to rebook mark as that item has moved.

On the Download Page, below Available downloads for the [insert scanner]:

Please consider including ‘date posted’ after .exe or .zip files, in descriptions (located above download section).

For example: [Software / Driver name] (xxx.exe / xxx.zip) - Posted, 201808.23

Is anyone else having this issue. When I go to download page the download links do not show up using IE 11. However if I use MS Edge the download links show up. I am using Windows 10 and this happens on 2 different computers.
