Internet Explorer issue

Is anyone else having this issue. When I go to download page the download links do not show up using IE 11. However if I use MS Edge the download links show up. I am using Windows 10 and this happens on 2 different computers.

IE isn't displaying the download lists. Chrome, FireFox and Edge show the downloads.

It appears to be an issue with Internet Explorer.

I'm using Win10 with all of the updates.

Explorer works fine on our test environment. Please make sure that you are running the latest version of Explorer and that you do not have any ad blockers turned on. Not that we are serving you any ads but it sometimes can cause ill affects when trying to show download links too.

It may be from IE's Aug 14th Update. Update Versions: 11.0.80 (KB4343205)

Solution

In my opinion, the best solution is to ditch Internet Explorer, after you import your bookmarks into your new browser.

Now I have tried it on 4 computers, 3 that have Windows 10, 1 with Win7, the download links do not show up using IE11 on all 4 .Download links show up with MS Edge on all 4. Each computer has all the latest updates and no ad blockers are being used on all 4.

That is not what we are talking about. We are talking about download links on Whistlers website. I have no problems using EZScan,

No problem, I just wanted them to know none of the download links work for all their products, actually they don't even show up, not just the scanners using IE11, works fine with MS Edge.

There is a "View Release Notes" button you can click on when you check for updates in EZ-Scan which shows you the changelog.

The changes are normally also shown with the announcement on here.

WS1080 steps for no-digital sig

Follow the steps to turn OFF "digital signature enforcement" in Windows, then download it. WE all went through this with WS1080, WS1095 etc. Search box in RRef also has the steps in past threads galore
