Whistler WS1040 can't change Scan List

Does anyone know how to switch Scan Lists on the WS1040? I tried what the manual says but it just keeps scanning Scan List 01.

Does anyone know how to switch Scan Lists on the WS1040? I tried what the manual says but it just keeps scanning Scan List 01.

1. Make sure you have Talkgroups/Frequencies assigned to the Scan List you want to Enable.

2. Press Numeric keypad number on Scanner to Enable/Disable Scan List. 1 to 0 for SL 1 to 10 and Func 1 to 0 for Scan List 11 to 20.
