Who is using 453.3125?

I was letting the scanner run on Custom Search and came across a weak signal on 453.3125.

Judging by the conversation, it sounds like motorcycle instructions and manoeuvring.
Looking in TAFL brings up Custom Communications in Oshawa. So, I figure it may be Durham or Centennial College, both of which offer MC classes.

Since I'm in the NW area of Toronto, I was hoping that an eastender could give it a listen and see if this is what I'm hearing.

But based on what you listed above as heard on the freq.. Id go with the Motorcycle training at one of the colleges (durham). Ill try and take a listen.

FYI, today they are using 453.1375 ( 261 DPL)
