who"s ID

Hi This N9HSM today I was using the wild card And a ID # pop up It is 42496 I live in the Southern Indaina part next to Lousiville Ky. I have look on Radio Ref. Dated base and can't find out who it is , the use the ham radio A B C words if you know what I mean. I don't know if it is police or what. Some can email me direct.
