Has anyone in NE Ohio noticed some across-the-bands interference?

On Saturday afternoon I heard a sweeping/pulsating signal across the 20m, 15m, and 10m ham bands. Didn't make note of the frequencies, but it seemed to be up and down all the bands, and also was on top of WWV.

And last night, I was scanning the VHF air band (118 - 133 MHz), and heard the same signal. It sounded different because of the modulation (SSB vs AM), but it was definitely there, affecting quite a few freqs.

This was with 2 different radios, external antennas, and coax runs. Never heard this before. Seems like I am getting saturated with some local RF...?

I am in NE Cuyahoga county.
