Wiki Fire Tone-Outs

I was reading through the wiki for the wellington county tone outs, and im a tad confused now .. Was wondering if anyone could clarify which of the frequencies is the correct for programing in as the pager frequency into my radio *BCD996T*. Listed is the main county chennal, and two "hub" frequencies for repeater controls.

153.7700 Is the frequency that the tones will come across. This is a county wide Frequency. Guelph Fire is not included in this.
