Wildcomm on DNR State

With the weather getting better, I put my USFS, DNR, Idaho Lands scanner back online. Recently on WA DNR "State", I've heard "Wildcomm" checking in service at 0700 and out of service at 1700 using the KE9669 callsign. Wildcomm has been running checks for Wildlife mobiles and providing dispatch information during their hours of operation. Previously I've always heard WDFW on WSP area channels. Anyone else hearing Wildcomm anywhere else in the state?

"Mead"- DCS 664
"Stevens" DCS 047
Unknown site using DCS 756

I know what it is (Not intended to be snarky). I'm just wondering how widespread their usage on DNR radio is. I'm still hearing Wildlife mobiles signing in/out with the state patrol.

No worries, I didn't read your question carefully. I don't hear them in D2. I'd guess it's the rural zones that you'll hear them more often.

I've been scanning the 159-160MHz range for the last couple days and have heard some brief conversations on some local DNR repeaters but nothing Wildlife-related on those. Except on Friday I did get something on 159.420 - it was quite inaudible but I think I heard "Wildlife" or "Wildcomm" somewhere in the static. Nothing on that frequency since. FYI I'm in the north Snohomish County area. Couldn't catch the tone.

This is the most current list of active State Repeaters.
This is helpful. I wonder what WDFW utilizes for day-to-day communication in my region then, because I can't find them anywhere on VHF. Surely they can't be using solely cell phones. I, too, hear them sign in/out of service with the WSP multiple times a day.

DCS Code of 756 is a non-standard code from what I can tell. Are you sure it wasn't a DCS of 754? In that case, the Repeater would be ST Pend Oreille (48.43686, -117.50247).

Indeed, you are correct. I went back and checked the log and 754 is what is there. Not sure how and or why I entered 756. The joys of again I guess. Thank you.
