Will a RS Pro-94 -164, or -528 receive Battle Creek, Mi. police?

I have read many posts about "searching before asking", reading FAQS, etc., and I have tried to do so. I have a simple question, but haven't been able to run down all the variables on my own, so I am asking for your help. I simply want to know if either the RS Pro-94, -164, or 258 will work with the Battle Creek, Mi. police system. I've tried to read up on trunking systems, but it gets confusing. I apologize to you veteran users for asking a newbie question, I've been "out of the loop" since my RS Pro-26 was rendered nearly useless many years ago. I don't want to break the rules of posting here, or annoy anyone with a stupid or redundant question, but I'm coming up empty on my own! Thanks in advance for any help!

All Calhoun County Law Enforcement is Digital and Encrypted, there is no scanner that can decode encrypted.

Thank you, kb3isq! I knew it was digital, didn't realize it was encrypted. There is a lot of confusing and misleading info out there, so I appreciate your help.
