TRX-1: Will !Wildcard still work for databased talkgroups if I don't program them in?

When programming in a Trunk system if I don't add any talkgroups from the system to a scanlist and just a wildcard will it record everything or will it still reference the internal library and skip over talk groups that have already been added to RRDB?

I'm programming without computer by hand so didn't want to go through 200 talk group menus to enable record for them all, plus most are non-local to me so I mostly just wanted to find any new ones that were active in my location but also still be able to catch any of the added out of town ones still if they happen to come through.

It will look at those programmed TG's first and do what those have been programmed to do, alert, recording, skip....
And if not a match are found it will use the wildcard settings.
