Well,
I am not sure yet as I have stuck close to home the past week. The signal APPEARS to get into Chester PA better. I suspect they are now using an omnidirectional antenna array rather than the northward directional one at the old TX site.

Antenna is oriented in the same direction. However, there is a new tower nearly twice the height of the old tower at the same location.
