Good luck with the cable! When you get going with Win92, first you'll need to click on the Configuration dropdown menu and setup the Serial Port. There are several items there you can experiment with to make the cable work, plus of course you need to set the proper serial port.
Then you can click on the Scanner dropdown menu, and either transfer the scanner's contents to the program, or send what you have already set up to the scanner. I'd suggest manually entering a few freqs into the scanner, and trying to transfer them to the program, just to make sure your cable and setup will work. Once all of that is functioning, you can start putting your freqs into the program, save it, and loading it into the scanner.
