I just started my first Win500 file for the Pro-197 I have coming in Monday. I would appreciate it if someone would check my work to see how I'm doing so far.

You have five duplicate group wildcards for Battles-Malden and they are all assigned to scanlist 1, your conventional group. Maybe you really wanted a wildcard for each of the LTR systems, scanlists 2-6.

See, this is where I get into trouble. I don't know what a wildcard is. The programming I learned from the Pro-2055 and the BCT15 doesn't seem to work here. The Battles towers are owned by the same company but they are in three different towns.

I thought I only programmed conventional freqs in scanlist 1. I don't see anything trunked in scanlist 1 and nothing duplicate.

A wildcard if active allows reception of any talkgroup. The screenshot shows the issues I raised earlier.
