WIN97 WEB Import Problem

Just tried the WIN 97 conventional WEB Import and I am getting the error (below) when I put in the country and state, don’t even get to the county. Any suggestions on what to do to fix this? or is this on the Radio Reference side?

Add "1.1" to text

Don's (Win97) page below has the answer. You'll have to manually add the text "1.1" to the URL the first time. After that it will remember the new setting.
