Got tthe same message today on both Win97 and Win500. Defraged the pc, restarted, and everything was good. Don't know what happened. First time I ever got this error message Running Windows7.

I am running v1.30 under XP Pro or XP Home with no problems (2 different computers). It sounds like a problem with v1.31, so I won't try an update until I hear it works.

Don just posted v1.32 and a post in the software forum says the problem is fixed.

Dag nab it I hadn't tried Web Import with this version. This is what I got followed by program closing. I.e. no save available.

I had a similar access error violation when doing a web import while an earlier web import process was still running. Due to a separate Windows7 related bug, the first web import was producing an error dialog and leaving the process open. I used task manager to find all related old processes and end them. Good luck.
