I was curious if anyone out there has had the opportunity to use the WINRADIO software. I am trying to see if it will work with the Radio Shack PRO-96.

Why would you want to do this? The protocols are totally different; it's highly unlikely it would work.
If you're trying to find ways to enable computer control of any kind, forget it. The firmware of the 96 simply won't allow it.
