How does one program the WISC trunked system in the BCD396t scanner. Thanks in advance.

What Wisconsin trunked system? The state patrol doesn't use the VHF TRS anymore from what I have read. The WSP is conventional analog. Hope this helps.

I'm assuming you are referring to the VHF trunked system used in 5 counties around Baraboo.
