I have a wish list for a program to be developed in Windows of course free but donationary works as well a program for Windows that identifies every or most digital signals for example project 25 Phase 2 DMR I think it's a simple request but I'm not a programmer so it could be very labor-intensive again this is just a wish list

If you just want to identify the type of transmission then give an audio clip, snapshot of the waterfall, and info about frequency, location, etc to ChatGPT and it should be able to easily identify it.

It identifies/decodes all of the following. If transmissions are encrypted DSD+ will tell you so but won't decrypt

Maybe I am misreading the OP wish. There is a difference between decoding a signal and simply identifying the signal type. There are numerous types of signals you might encounter that DSD does not decode, but are still curious as to what they are. For example: CW/Morse code, RTTY, FT8, FT4, WSPR, JS8Call, PSK31, Olivia, Contestia, Hellschreiber/Feld Hell, SSTV, NOAA APT weather satellite imagery, HRPT/LRPT satellite imagery, ADS-B/Mode S, ACARS, VDL Mode 2, AIS, APRS/AX.25 packet, POCSAG paging, and FLEX paging
