Wood County Fire Tones and Minitor V Pagers

I have 3 different Minitor V pagers here and I cannot get any of them to alert with any of the county fire tones that I have. They work great with EMS and I can monitor fire dispatch on 154.220 just fine but I cannot get tones to work at all on the fire dispatch frequency. Here's what I have:

810.2 600.9  Station 10  Washington Bottom
688.3 810.2  Station 20  Lubeck
600.9 928.1  Station 30  Blennerhassett
767.4 928.1  Station 40  Mineral Wells
600.9 855.5  Station 50  Waverly
600.9 903.2  Station 60  East Wood

767.4 600.9  Station 80  Deerwalk
903.2 688.3  Station 90  Vienna
688.3 600.9  Station 100 Williamstown

Is this a known issue with these particular pagers in the county? I've tried to program these things a hundred different ways with no good result.

The tone list is wrong. At least one of them are.
