Working building fire:Lilly's Indianapolis

Indianapolis Fire on scene at 600 Kentucky Ave at Lilly's. Fire inside a building. Lilly command is pulling all crews out of the building. First floor has collapsed. Radio traffic is on IFD OPS 5 on IDPS. Kentucky Ave and Morris Street is closed to traffic per IMPD Downtown District. IFD is concerned that a second floor might collapse due to the age of the building. Posted Weds 5-15-13 4:29PM

According to WRTV Channel 6, there was a fire at 600 Kentucky Avenue at a facility known as Indy Telecom Center. According to the story, firefighters were ordered to evacuate the building due to fear of collapse.

Sounds like there was two diffrent fires downtown, one at a lily building, ans the second at this Indy Télécom building.

bamx2, The building that was on fire is owned by Lilly and was the Telecom building. There was only one fire.No other fires were reported duing that time.

This was a 120 year old building located at 600 Kentucky Ave and not the Telcom building. 4 people got out of the building with no injuries reported.
