Wrong freq for San Jose PD?

Hey guys,

Don't know if this is a mistake or not but Ch9 and Ch16 both share the same freq and PL Tone. Is this a mistake or if not, what is the deal with how they work?

It looks like Ch 9 is a repeater, it has an input frequency 465.1 that the mobile units transmit on.
Ch 16 is simplex on the repeater output frequency.

For the OP

Ch.09 indicates RM
Ch.16 indicate M

RM = Repeaters/Mobile
M = Mobile/Portables
