WS1040: WS-1040 reception issues ?

does anybody else with a 1040 scanner on Phase-1 when the system is 99 percent and a local system and the signal meter is showing 1 unit of signal..? or am i doing anything wrong in programming..?

What programming software are you using? There are different RSSI bar settings for the GRE and Whistler scanners.

Did you have the correct settings loaded? The RSSI bar settings affect only the meter sensitivity. They have absolutely nothing to do with the scanner performance.
