I got to try out the WX alert feature last night on my new BC246T. However, after the warning message was over, the alert did not shut off automatically. My SAME wx alert radio automatically shuts off at the end of a warning. I'm not sure if the 246T is setup to do this or not. Any thoughts? Also, what information is displayed when the 246T is set to All FIPS? The manual says weather information or something like that, but I wasn't able to test it out last night because I had it set to 'Alert Only'. Thanks!
