WyoLink sites updated

All the sites (I believe) have been updated to reflect the offical WyoLink site name and short site ID that is used on the system. A couple of sites had their names updated or corrected to reflect the offical names. 800MHz sites will show 800 after its name keeping with the offical designation and for hobbist identification.

Only variation to the site notes is that portable coverage sites are noted for those that are. Modulation has been changed to CQPSK from C4FM for those that showed differently.

In short, we have a pretty kickass system database for the sites as far as we know. Special thanks to several conistant contributors that are on top of the new sites and submitting thing pretty quickly.

Core sites Angles Trailhead (AnTr) and Pow Wow (PoWo) are a ways from being up and running. I just submitted site 235 - Gillette Boxelder Rd (GiBo). Wheatland South (WhSo) should be active next. The other PCE sites are also a ways off. - Tom

Man's Face LL in Green River should be up this year, FCC license granted to relocate the RoSp LL channels. Wheatland LL is also supposed to be this year too. Pinedale LL will likely be relocated to White Pine in 2014.
