The system has only one tower running and there doesn't appear to be anything on it just a control channel. The goal was to have some operation by Frontier Days and that is all. Encryption is a possibility but is unlikely for most users because they will probably buy the cheaper radios to get on the system. Casper PD is using encryption on their system.

Even here in Rawlins with there limited traffic on the radio, they use encryption.
