XTS 5000 programming help

Hey there,
I have recently bought an XTS5000. I want to program Brantford Fire into it to listen, however all the trunking stuff where I’d add the frequencies-talk groups etc. are greyed out and I’m unable to change it. I’ve watched loads of videos and they all have no problem. Some say something about a key.

Maybe I’m doing something wrong?
If anyone in the area of Hamilton does programming, any help would be greatly appreciated!

As mentioned, you need a system key. If you aren't sure what this is and how it works, definitely get yourself a scanner instead. Plenty of them on the market these days.
