I notice that when trying to turn on Wires on B band on the radio it is only good for the A Band. Is there a way to turn on digital on B band? I was looking thru manual and it looks like it can only be A band from what I could tell. Anyone know how to make Wires work in the B Band?

Dual band Yaesu radios also have different receive specs for out of band use. My FT2 will not receive CHP on 42Mhz on Band B. Just a design parameter not a fault with the radio. The FT2 will do digital on A or B, however.
Works on bottom (analog) VFO if you use analog for Wires-X but don't put radio in Wires-X mode. You can still scan/use top VFO when Wires-X is not active.
