Yaesu: Yaesu VX-6R and ADMS software

I've had the VX-6R for a few years and had the local repeaters programmed in with the ADMS sofrware. For some reason I reset the radio and lost all the frequencies. I downloaded them again from Radio Refernce and added them again to the software (for some reason I did not have the old file saved) but when I sent them to the radio and scan the frequencies I hear nothing. I seem to recall having to change something from what I downloaded from Radio Reference but don't remember what. I am hoping someone can give me some advice.

First, I would suggest using Repeaterbook.com. It has a more complete database. Second, my experience with ADMS has been poor although I have not used it with my VX-6R. RT systems is the best. Repeaterbook can export to both. There is another piece of software called VX-6 Commander which is excellent and free. I don't know if it is still available. Repeaterbook cannot export to it, however.
