Yagi Directional Antenna

I have purchased a Browning BR-6333 antenna for listing purpose and wonder how I should tune it. I want to listen to an agency who uses 155 to 159 MHZ, I have the adjusting chart but not sure what frequency or how I use set it up to scanner several frequencies. Any suggestions.

I would set it up for 157MHz which would be the middle of the range of frequencies you want to monitor. This antenna claims a gain of 7.1db which would be overly optimistic for a 3 element beam.
