Yellow Cab in Halifax, NS

I've been hunting down individual agencies in Halifax. Amongst others, Yellow Cab.

I identified the following frequencies for Yellow Cab from Industry Canada (Spectrum Direct - Home)

451.062500
454.237500 Data (or Control)
454.787500 Data (or Control)
456.062500
459.237500
459.787500

As of yet I haven't determined if it is a trunked or conventional system.
Occasionally I hear what sounds to be someone keying up a PTT button on the individual frequencies but no distinguishable voice can be heard.

So my question is, has anyone heard any voice transmissions from them?
It could be that my location prohibits me from receiving clear transmissions or perhaps they are using a digital or encrypted system.

Any input would be appreciated.
