On ID 39584 on the Chatham Fleetnet tower this morning 8:35 AM I herd (Central control calling to talk to the Bailiff or the Bailiff coordinator). Can any one else confirm this ID.

I'd really like to believe that you heard Chatham , Steve. But if you compare Chatham's freq's and CC with Welland you will notice they are pretty much identical.
From your location I would guess it's Welland and who knows, the talkgroup you found could be associated with Correctional Services at the Niagara facility ?

I did make the wrong asumpion once before when I thought I was picking up a tower and it was the Welland Tower.

Sorry I can't recall if it was Digital or Analog, I was just wondering if anyone else has seen this ID come up. I'll keep an eye out next time and see if it comes up Analog or Digital

Also now that I look at the frequencies for Welland and Chatham Towers I think I am just hearing the Welland Tower, I'll keep an eye on Weland and Niagara Falls Tower and see if the ID comes up on any of these towers.

If you were indeed picking up the Chatham tower, you should have hear the London Comm Centre dispatching 6Delta, 6Juliet, 6Echo and 6Papa units... also likely 6Alpha. I think you'd have a tough time pulling in Chatham from the Niagara area.
