How Does The AOR AR-DV1 Deal With Encryption?

As posted above, I am just wondering how the AOR AR-DV1 deals with encryption? Does it mute the audio or does it simply pass it through to the speaker? Also, would/could the Butel software be configured to mute encrypted audio?

I listen to the Coast Guard on P25, some in the clear, some encrypted. The encrypted traffic sounds like aliens talking, all jumbled up. It would be a NICE feature to have it skip that but I believe it would have to be an option in the AOR firmware... Keith
